Spark
|
Do
you sometimes have a free weekday morning or afternoon when
you would like to do something -- but don't have anyone
to do it with? The new SPARK (Spontaneous Activities) Group
-- is designed to help you find other NNSH members who might
want to go out to lunch, catch a movie, go for a walk, visit
an art gallery, have a cup of tea, or whatever.
Interested members would share emails and then post their
"spark" of an idea to the group, e.g. "Anyone
want to go out for lunch this Thursday?" Interested
members would reply to the person making the suggestion
and an outing might be arranged. Carol Levin has volunteered
to coordinate this group by setting up the email list. If
you would like to take part, please send her your email
at nnshinterestgroups@gmail.com
along with the phone number(s) you use (since members may
need to make phone calls to verify or finalize last-minute
arrangements.)
